PROCESSING TIMES:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 3-5 days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email as soon as your order has been fulfilled including an order tracking number.
PRE-ORDERS:
All pre-orders are estimated to take between 1-2 month for shipping.
USA SHIPPING:
Usually takes about 7-10 Days for order to process and a further 3-5 days for shipping (excluding holidays, Christmas may take up to approximately 4-6 weeks to process. Orders placed within Dec - Feb) to arrive.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International shipments usually take 10-21 days to arrive depending on the shipping destination.

Please note that Nekoyanin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit as well as international taxes duty and/or customs charges. If upon the event that a package is lost, if allowed, we will attempt to file a lost package claim with the shipping company used. This claim is not 100% guaranteed to be accepted, and will take time. On the event the claim is accepted, you will then be refunded or shipped a replacement. Additionally, all taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. setsuna wasnt as pigmented as i would have expected, but every other color is sooo vibrant i love it so much. mamoru has the consistency of kinetic sand and is hard to put on at first, but primer under it solved it and made it stick sm more
There isn't much to say here other than I absolutely adore this pallet and can't wait to invest in more. These are so bright and pretty and stayed on my face throughout the entire day. Absolutely love them. Pictures included with six colors from the pallet 😁
I love everything about this palette. The artwork is so pretty in person, the mirror inside is of very nice quality, and I love all the shades. They are very pigmented, and the glitter one goes beautiful on anything. I love it so much! Blends beautifully too

I like how this palette has every color of the rainbow so I have every option and don't have to buy multiple palettes to get a range of colors.
