PROCESSING TIMES:

All pre-orders are estimated to take between 1-2 month for shipping.
USA SHIPPING:
Usually takes about 7-10 Days for order to process and a further 3-5 days for shipping (excluding holidays, Christmas may take up to approximately 4-6 weeks to process. Orders placed within Dec - Feb) to arrive.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International shipments usually take 10-21 days to arrive depending on the shipping destination.

Such a good neon green liner
The product itself is relatively streaky and doesn't layer very well, though you will need layers if you want more than a very thin layer. It's advertised like it can be used for both, but it's really just eyeliner, which is really frustrating. Especially for the price, and how little you receive, I was expecting something a lot higher quality, disappointed with the delivery time and the product overall.
Beautiful colors! Looks exactly as pictured. Really excited to try this product!
