Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 3-5 days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email as soon as your order has been fulfilled including an order tracking number.

All pre-orders are estimated to take between 1-2 month for shipping.
USA SHIPPING:
Currently takes approximately up to 2-3 weeks for order to process(Due to the large volume of orders currently!) and a further 3-5 days for shipping (excluding holidays, Christmas may take up to approximately 4-6 weeks to process. Orders placed within Dec - Feb) to arrive.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International shipments usually take 10-21 days to arrive depending on the shipping destination.

I have not received the product and I'm starting to be concerned that it won't come or come in time. It is a birthday present.
I really like this palette. I got this to do face art on my family. I wanted something light and easy to clean off. Once this dries you don't even feel it. I will also say a little goes a long way. I put a lot on my arm just from getting my brush wet and putting a little paint on. I did not work the product at all and got a lot. It does wash off really well too. The black does stain very lightly, but it mostly all came off with just water. So to me this is a 10 out of 10. :)
I have the ORIGINAL arcade baby palette so I was excited to get a new one! I love everything about the new one other than the fact that the pots don’t pop-out like the original. When I was testing if they came out with a magnet, one thing did stick to it, the black liner🤣 popped right out of the pan! So funny!
I got these for my daughter and on the first night, we swatched some on my arm. I slept on them and showered and still there were one or two she must have mixed with the perfect amount of water because they were vibrant as ever!
They are very fun to use, especially if you also like making cute little designs on your cheeks or eyes
I've included two pictures. One before sleep and one after sleep. Just wanted to test out the longevity and needless to say, these shades last forever and are in the cutest of colors
I feel like a child when I mix different colors to see which ones suit my eyes better. and I started practicing painting flowers, I plan to paint flowers on my arms once the temperature is warm enough to wear a t-shirt! My in-laws have eyes full of disappointment when they see me walking around the house with "dirty" face and arms full of colors when I practice different patterns :)))))).
