PROCESSING TIMES:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 3-5 days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email as soon as your order has been fulfilled including an order tracking number.

PRE-ORDERS:

All pre-orders are estimated to take between 1-2 month for shipping. 

USA SHIPPING:

Usually takes about 7 Days for order to process and a further 3-5 days for shipping (excluding holidays, Christmas may take up to approximately 4-6 weeks to process. Early Dec - Feb) to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International shipments usually take 10-21 days to arrive depending on the shipping destination.

smells amazing!

I love the packaging, sadly mine came a bit spilled in it's box. smells great so I will be using it. love the concept of potions. I chose mana and love the scent. shrinkwrapping before packaging them might stop any spills.

Super cute lip oil

I got Mana lip oil recently, and granted, a lot of it leaked out during shipping, but Neko was quick to help and refund.

Since there was a little product left of Mana, I used it a couple times and I love it! I love the way it feels (rolls on, not sticky at all, soft lips afterwards) and I thought the scent was nice. I'm definitely going to buy another!

Adorable, fits in pocket, very hydrating

I love these lip oils! I have both the Health and Mana potions. The vanilla scent in the Mana potion is strong, but I like it. It's not too heavy on my lips, it glides on smoothly, and it's the perfect size to carry around. My lips haven't cracked once since using it regularly. It lasts for hours and makes my lips look nice. My boyfriend asks to use it sometimes too! And my friends love the potion theme.

I love the new packaging for the oil. I got Mana a year ago and it's so much prettier. 10\10 as always. The only oil that actually helps my lips not crack. The Stain is also *so beautiful*.

Only critiques (but not enough to change my awesome rating.) the health potions color is a little pink instead of red, and I definitely prefer the mana's scent, but that's just personal preference.
With the pure blood lip tint, the formula is great and the color is amazing. The silicone applicator is strange and difficult for me, but I think I'm just not used to it. Made it difficult to get a straight even line on my lips but it doesn't absorb or waste any product so that's nice. Also, the glue on my charm was popped off when it arrived and the inside packaging was not really put together well. But I care very little about packaging as long as the product is good, which it absolutely is.
Not only will I absolutely be buying this again (maybe stamina next time!) but I would recommend to anyone.
