PROCESSING TIMES:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 3-5 days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email as soon as your order has been fulfilled including an order tracking number.
PRE-ORDERS:
All pre-orders are estimated to take between 1-2 month for shipping.
USA SHIPPING:
Currently takes approximately up to 3-4 weeks for order to process(Due to the large volume of orders currently because of the tariffs!) (excluding holidays, Christmas may take up to approximately 4-6 weeks to process. Orders placed within Dec - Feb) to arrive.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Currently takes approximately up to 3-4 weeks for order to process(Due to the large volume of orders currently because of the tariffs!) International shipments usually take 10-21 days to arrive depending on the shipping destination.

Please note that Nekoyanin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit as well as international taxes duty and/or customs charges along with brokerage fees of a chosen courier. If upon the event that a package is lost, if allowed, we will attempt to file a lost package claim with the shipping company used. This claim is not 100% guaranteed to be accepted, and will take time. On the event the claim is accepted, you will then be refunded or shipped a replacement. Additionally, all taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. They all came super quick and really give a precision application.
I just got an email asking to review the product. The email reads along the lines of " we fulfilled this order for you 14 days ago, please let us know what you think". I placed an order with them on March 31st. It's now April 18th and I still do not have this order so I'm not sure why I received this email. Before today the shop app didn't even have an expected day and the item had not shipped
I love the variety of brushes
Super high-quality brushes, useful for detailed styling and a nice hand feel. I am very satisfied with them.
Overall good quality. Unfortunately, two brushes were packed wrong and some of the bristles were permanently bent.
